FAQ
Answers on engineering services, product customization, engagement, and support.
How does an engagement typically start?
Reach out through the contact form with your application, environment, and constraints. An engineer reviews the inquiry, we scope the right path together, and you get a considered technical response, not a generic sales pitch.
Can you customize an existing product for our platform?
Yes. Products like TACTRON are built around configurable mounting, I/O, and enclosure options. Tell us your platform's interface and environmental requirements and we'll scope what fits the existing architecture versus what needs custom engineering.
Do you take on fully custom projects, or only configure existing products?
Both. Custom Engineering is one of our core solution areas, we take projects from concept and architecture through prototyping, productization, and integration, not just configuration of catalog hardware.
What industries and environments do you design for?
Industrial automation, defense/tactical, autonomous platforms, and other mission-critical applications where reliability under real operating conditions matters more than lab-bench performance.
How do you handle testing and verification?
Every engagement runs through the SABER Method, strategize, analyze, build, engineer, realize, with structured design reviews, requirements traceability, and verification against defined acceptance criteria at each stage, not just at the end.
What do you need to provide an initial estimate?
Your operating environment, interface and integration constraints, target volume, and timeline. The more specific the constraints, the faster we can scope a realistic path.
Do you support products after delivery?
Yes, long-term support is one of our stated principles, not an add-on. Support scope (spares, revisions, extended engineering support) is agreed during the engagement, not left undefined.
Are your products certified to specific military or industrial standards?
We do not claim certification without verifiable evidence. Where a program requires certified compliance, we scope what's achievable and disclose current certification status plainly rather than implying compliance we haven't verified.
